Referral Information

Our referral forms are designed to be filled out on a computer, tablet, mobile device, or printed out. Completed referral forms with a subscribers signature should be faxed to our office. We are more than happy to supply a Healthcare provider's office with physical forms upon request to help facilitate the process of patient referral and care.

Online Image and Report Access

With Bluebeam Radiology's online report and image access, our referring practices are able to view images and reports online from their office. This service provides immediate access to information, aids in eliminating extra paper in the office, and also gives the referring practice different options for reviewing patient information.

Board-Certified Radiologist Reports

Bluebeam Radiology is owned and operated by our radiologists who are extremely knowledgeable and professional. The images from an appointment are immediately sent over to the radiologist and our reports are available either online or via fax within 24- 48 hours. Expedited services are available upon request for stat cases.

Our Process
All of our staff are experienced board-certified radiologists and have undergone rigorous training throughout their careers. Upon receiving the images, the radiologist dictates to a web-based database which is then transcribed by a transcriptionist. Once the report is signed, it is released to the referring physician and relevant parties.

Quality Control
To ensure continued excellence, Quality control is accomplished by using random sampling of case mix and read by one of our radiologists blinded to the original report. After completion of the report, the reviewing radiologist is given the opportunity to review the original report to see if it is in agreement with his own. A sampling of these reports is also evaluated by a 3rd radiologist if there is a discrepancy. If there is a consistent pattern of discrepancies of reports, it is sent to our central Quality Assurance section and further actions are taken (additional CME requirements, additional formal training requirements, termination, etc). This QA method goes above and beyond the requirements of the American College of Radiology.

Stat Cases

At Bluebeam Radiology, P.C., we understand that there are sometimes those cases that need to be handled now, and not later. We aim to be accommodating and aggressive in getting stat cases in our offices quickly and reports out within 30-40 minutes.

Bluebeam offers a variety of payment options, including: worker's compensation, personal injury and lien cases, PPO and HMO insurance, and for uninsured patients we also accept cash payments. Translators & Interpreters

Bluebeam Radiology provides free interpretation and translation services for limited English proficiency patients. We encourage patients to use available interpretation services for important medical discussions. Patient care treatment involves medical terminology that may be complicated in any language. The interpretation services available through Bluebeam Radiology includes phone interpretation in most languages.

Educational Materials
Translation of critical documents and patient education material for common patient conditions is also available upon request.
