Scheduling

Routine appointments are scheduled within 24 hours unless there is a special circumstance. Patients are screened for potential problems such as claustrophobia, cardiac pacemakers, or magnetic metal in the head or eye for MRI.

Confirmation

Appointment letters are faxed or e-mailed to the referring physician, medical management nurse and/or adjuster. The day following the scheduled appointment, the facility is contacted to establish patient compliance with the visit. No-shows are rescheduled and appointment letters re-sent. Appointment status can also be checked online.
